REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Charter Review Committee was established for the purposes of and with authority to review the entire City Charter and to make recommendations regarding any provision thereof, that is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Sarasota.
The board consists of 10 members who have been appointed by the City Commission and are registered voters in the City of Sarasota.
The Charter Review Committee will hold public meetings. The Charter Review Committee shall make its final report no later than nine (9) months from the date of its initial organizational meeting. The board is assisted and supported
by the City Auditor and Clerk's Office.
