CITY OFFICES CLOSE FOR HOLIDAY

Sarasota, FL: City of Sarasota offices will be closed Mon., January 21, 2008 in observance of Martin Luther King, Junior Day. The regular City Commission meeting will be held Tues., January 22, 2008 at 2:30pm at City Hall, 1565 First Street, then continuing at 6pm.

Solid waste and recycling collection schedules will not be impacted.

Reminder: The City’s e-mail system will be temporarily unavailable during the holiday weekend, while the system undergoes maintenance. City Commissioners, Charter Officials and staff will not be able to send or receive e-mails from Fri., January 18th at 5pm until Tues., January 22nd at 8am.
