Large items such as tires, televisions, computers, furniture,
printers and monitors will be taken on site. Stoves, refrigerators,
air conditioners and household trash which typically would
be placed in a green waste receptacle for weekly pick up
will not be taken. Residents who are cleaning their homes,
are encouraged to properly dispose of unwanted items by
bringing them to the dumpster.
The dumpster is being provided by Waste Services of Florida.
Garbage bags, provided by the City of Sarasota public works
department, will be available on site. The City’s
Neighborhood Partnership Office is helping to coordinate
the event.
