FL: East Ave. between 10th St. and Cornell St. will be closed
beginning Monday, August 2, 2010 for railroad improvements.
The road is expected to be closed for approximately four weeks.
Seminole Gulf Railroad plans to remove and
replace rails at the railroad  crossing
on East Ave. between 10th St. and Cornell St., requiring the
road closure. The railroad construction is expected to take
one to two weeks, while road work adjacent to the railroad
will take another one to two weeks. The anticipated completion
date for the project is Monday, August 30, 2010.
Motorists should follow the detour signs.
East Ave. will be open to local traffic up to the railroad
crossing.
