TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

Sarasota, FL: The City of Sarasota e-mail system will be temporarily unavailable from Fri., January 18, 2008 at 5pm through Tues., January 22, 2008 at 8am due to system maintenance. E-mails sent to City Commissioners, Charter Officials and staff during that time period will not be received until at least Tues., January 22nd.

Anyone wishing to communicate with a staff member, Charter Official or City Commissioner regarding an item on the upcoming regular City Commission meeting Tues., January 22nd, or another timely matter over the weekend, should not send an e-mail.

It is anticipated the City’s e-mail system will be operational the morning of Tues., January 22nd; however, it is possible delays may be experienced.

The system maintenance is being conducted during a holiday weekend while City Hall is closed to reduce the impact on the public and City employees. Mon., January 21, 2008 is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and City Hall will be closed.
