NEWTOWN DUMPSTER DAY

Sarasota, FL: Residents in North Sarasota are encouraged to participate in the Newtown Dumpster Day, Sat., October 4, 2008 8am – noon at the Newtown Redevelopment Office, 1782 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way. There will be no charge to dispose of unwanted items at the designated location during the specified hours.

Four dumpsters and one trailer will be on-site. Two dumpsters will be located on the east side of the building; two will be located in the front; and a trailer, for hazardous materials, will be stationed on the west side. The following items will be accepted:

• Two dumpsters: east side of the Newtown Redevelopment Office
- Computers - Monitors
- Televisions - Telephones
- Electronics - Large Appliances
- Printers - Air Conditioners
• Two dumpsters: in front of the Newtown Redevelopment Office
- Yard Waste - Carpet
- Wood - Furniture
• One hazardous trailer: west side of the Newtown Redevelopment Office
- Paint - Pesticides
- Motor Oil - Poisons
- Gasoline - Fertilizers
- Auto Fluids - Propane Tanks
- Grills - Fluorescent Lights
