administered the survey. The results were analyzed according
to demographics and geographic subgroups, plus were compared
to other similar sized communities throughout the nation.
The survey will be administered annually and will provide
additional insight into citizen satisfaction with City policies

a service as poor) and the best 100 (if all residents rated
a service as excellent.) A score of 67 is considered a "good"
rating, while a score of 33 would be "fair."
