Downtown Sarasota is the heart of our beautiful City. It beats with activity, commerce, art and music, and its rhythms are echoed in the tides of our scenic Bayfront. Downtown continues to grow and improve as the City implements the tools and themes of the Downtown Master Plan.

Palm Avenue Parking Garage Community Design Meeting Information

The public is invited to attend a series of three meetings to provide input on the façade and landscape plans for the Palm Avenue parking garage. The meetings will be held in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall:

• Thurs., January 21st 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm (Archived)
• Thurs., January 28th 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm (Archived)
• Thurs., February 4th 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

The meetings are being held to assist the design/build project team in creating two more alternative façade and landscape designs, which will be presented to the City Commission during its regular meeting Tues., February 16th.
