If
a City employee carries their spouse on his/her medical coverage
and the spouse is employed with access to insurance coverage
through their employer AND declines that coverage,
the City employee will be charged $50.00/month ($23.08/bi-weekly)
in order to carry that spouse on City coverage as Primary.
