Impact Fee Program

The Impact Fee Program was created to assist first time homeowners who are building a new home pay their impact fees or existing homeowners who are otherwise unable to connect to water and sewer. The program offers a 0% deferred payment loan to pay for impact fees associated with purchasing a newly constructed home or pay impact/capacity fees and associated costs for hooking up to central water and/or sewer services.
