RULES AND REGULATIONS*

Participants (and parents/guardians if applicable) must sign and have notarized a Sarasota Skate Park waiver to enter skating area.
This park is for skateboards, in-line skates, rollers skates, & non-motorized scooters only. Bikes prohibited.
For skaters' safety, approved helmets, kneepads elbow pads are required and wrist guards are highly recommended.
Food, beverages, containers, and smoking allowed in designated areas only.
Pets, bare feet, board was and gang attire are prohibited.
Climbing on/over fences, offensive conduct/language, illegal activities and impaired patrons will not be tolerated.
The City reserves the right to inspect suspicious packages, purses, backpacks, etc. and is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Don't leave valuables unattended; please use lockers.
Failure to follow rules and regualtions may result in suspension from the park without refund.
Know your abilities--users skate at their own risk.

  Winter Hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day) 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Daily
  During Sarasota County Schools Winter & Spring Breaks 12:00 Noon to 8:00 p.m. Daily
