Development Review Committee Members

The Development Review Committee is chaired by Courtney Mendez, AICP, Senior Planner.  Her office is located in the Planning & Development Department on the 3rd floor of the City Hall Annex building.  She can be reached at (941) 954-4195, ext. 4351 or courtney.mendez@sarasotagov.com.

City Staff from a number of City Departments serve as members of the Development Review Committee.  All or some of these staff members attend DRC meetings and provide feedback on pre-applications, zoning text amendments, city projects/proposals and formal development applications.
