Bond Program Available for Homebuyers

Through participating lenders you may be able to purchase your home with a 4.3% 30 year fixed rate loan. There are no points and there is an optional 5% of the loan amount to pay down payment and closing costs in the form of a 0% second mortgage. The program is sponsored by the Housing Finance Authority of Lee County and Sarasota County is a participant.
