To visit our office and pay in person: The Utility Billing Office is located at 1761 12th Street. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To pay online: The City of Sarasota Utility Billing Office offers customers online bill paying and bill inquiries at no additional charge! The service is safe, reliable and convenient. To utilize the online bill paying service, click here.

To utilize the online utility bill pay/inquiry feature, you must enable cookies in your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.).
