The Development Review Committee is chaired by Harvey Hoglund, AICP, Senior Planner. His office is located in the Planning & Redevelopment Department in Room 302A of the City Hall Annex. He can be reached at (941) 954-4195 or james_hoglund@sarasotagov.com.
City Staff from a number of City Departments serve as members of the Development Review Committee. All or some of these staff members attend DRC meetings and provide feedback on pre-applications, zoning text amendments, city projects/proposals and formal development applications.
