| Once the Evaluation and Appraisal
Report document is adopted by the City and receives approval from
the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Planning staff
will begin work on the actual changes to the Sarasota City Plan
(1998) in a process known as the "EAR-based amendment." The EAR-based
amendment effort will begin in early 2006 and will involve a similar
public input process as the EAR itself. |
