| On May 14, 2005, the City surveyed residents and landowners of the Ringling Park area to determined what direction to take regarding the Future Land Use Map for that neighborhood. The survey inquired into 5 topics of interest: Future land uses along Main Street; Future land uses along Ringling Boulevard; Future land uses in the remainder of the neighborhood; Accessory Dwelling Units; and Office uses along Tuttle Avenue. | |||

The City administered the survey using both pictures representing different types of land uses and statements for participants to consider. Participants were asked to rate each picture and statement from -3 to +3 in order to assess their opinions about future development in the neighborhood. The results from the land use survey is located below.
