A copy of the Sarasota City Plan, adopted by the City Commission in November of 1998, is presented below. To purchase a printed copy of the plan including the maps (the Existing Land Use Map and the Future Land Use Map), please call the City Planning Department at (941) 954-4195.

Each chapter of the Sarasota City Plan (1998) is accompanied by a support document. The support document is not formally adopted by the City Commission. For additional information on the Sarasota City Plan (1998) or citizen involvement in the comprehensive planning process, please contact the City Planning Department at (941) 954-4195.
