    • The Utility Billing Office is located at 1761 12th Street, Public Works Complex. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Phone: 954-4196

    Bill Payment: You may pay your bill in person at our Utility Billing Office located at 1761 12th Street. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Or, you may pay by mail to P.O. Box 3439. For your convenience, a drop box is also available at 1761 12th Street. Monthly bills are due and payable upon receipt. To ensure proper credit, please include your account number on your check. Allow three (3) days for payment by mail.
